I am Eddie Roman. I build and run AI systems for small and midsize businesses, from my base in Casselberry, Florida, for clients across the country.
How I got here
I started R Squared Marketing in 2019 after years of running marketing and operations for small businesses. I kept seeing the same thing: owners paying for tools that never fit the way the business actually worked.
R2 Marketing Automation is my answer to that. We start with the calls, the leads and the admin that are already costing you money, then build the smallest system that fixes them.
I am based in Casselberry, Florida. I work hands-on with business owners across Central Florida, and remotely with clients anywhere in the United States. If AI is not the right first step, I will tell you.

I am in Casselberry, in the middle of Central Florida. I meet clients in Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Sanford, Lake Mary and Kissimmee, and I go onsite when the work calls for it.
Most work is delivered remotely, and I work with clients anywhere in the United States. You get the same direct access and the same person on the account, whether you are twenty minutes away or three time zones over.

Before you book
Do I work with you or a team?
You work with me. I scope the work, build it and stay on it. I bring in specialists when a job needs one, and I tell you when that is happening.
Do you only work with Florida businesses?
No. I am based in Central Florida and I meet local clients in person. I also work remotely with clients across the United States.
Will you tell me if AI is the wrong answer?
Yes. If a simpler fix will do the job, I will point at that instead. I would rather lose the project than sell you something that will not work.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small and midsize service businesses: home services, dental and medical, legal, real estate, insurance, and agencies. The problems are usually the same.
